Don Mosher, Partner

Don Mosher is one of the original founders of B&D Capital Partners and has over 25 years experience in the public market with strong connections to several financial institutions and sophisticated individual investors. Don began his career in Investor Relations in 1999 when he joined the management team of Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. During his vast career he has been instrumental in raising over $ 55 million in financing for IPO's, acquisitions and production requirements. Don has provided direction and assistance for numerous public and private companies in management, corporate development and in meeting their financial requirements.

Kristien Davenport, Partner

Kristien Davenport has an extensive background working with both the private and public sector having over 29 years experience in corporate communications, advertising & marketing, project management, and business administration. Kristien has been with B&D Capital Partners for the last 7 years focused on the resource sector and prior, has worked on a diverse mix of projects and clients from several different industries, including high tech, new media, telecommunications, and the entertainment industry.

Martyn Winborn, European Associate

Martyn Winborn has had in excess of 38 years experience in the Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry in the United Kingdom. He has worked for 30 of those years as a Fund Manager dealing with High Net Worth customers both Private and Corporate including overseas clients. Martyn has been a member of The Securities Institute since January 1995.
